Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items. All return requests must be submitted in writing through our contact form or by contacting us directly. We will process your return request within 5 business days of receipt.

The return period begins on the date you receive the item. For custom-made products, the return period may vary based on the specific terms agreed upon during the design consultation process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification. Custom-made items that have been specifically designed and manufactured for your space may have different return conditions as specified in your order agreement.

Items that have been installed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than original condition.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. For custom-made items, return shipping costs will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us through our contact form or by phone. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 5 business days.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how to package and ship the items back to us. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed efficiently.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products that have been specifically designed and manufactured to your specifications are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Items that have been personalized, customized, or made to order cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications.

Items that have been used, damaged, or installed are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns for items that have been modified or altered from their original condition.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer protections, those rights will apply.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, subject to certain exceptions for custom-made goods.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins without penalty. Once production has started, cancellation may be subject to fees based on the work completed and materials ordered. For custom orders, cancellation terms will be specified in your order agreement.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the cancellation and provide information about any applicable fees. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days after we process the refund.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles. For other payment methods, refund processing times may vary. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve any issues promptly.
